Angie has been and continues to be an enthusiastic student of all that is to be learnt at the famous Cook’s Academy in Dublin city centre. This ensures we are constantly innovating, with our menus producing delicious summer salads, soups, and main courses with for example the lip-smacking paprika chicken in a homemade honey mustard sauce proving a particularly popular lunchtime offering.
