WEEKLY TRAINING
Response Krav Maga Club organises and provides weekly Self Defence and Krav Maga classes in Limerick City.
These are mix classes (male & female) that are focused on general awareness, krav maga techniques, self-defence scenarios and fighting drills.
Our weekly class provides trainees with the knowledge and experience of how to escape or defuse a wrong situation if they find themselves in and go home safe.
SEMINARS
Response Krav Maga Club organises and provides regularly Self Defence and Krav Maga seminars in Limerick City.
Response Krav Maga seminars are a specific type of self-defence oriented training, where certain techniques, topics and drills are addressed and thought to the trainees in a half or full day event.
Seminars are a great way for our members to focus on and learn more about a specific point (technique, topic, drill, etc..) thought by internal or external instructors.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Response Krav Maga Club organises and provides private Self Defence and Krav Maga training sessions in Limerick City.
These are 1 to 1 or small group (male & female) training sessions that are focused on general awareness, krav maga techniques, self-defence scenarios and fighting drills. The private or small group sessions provide the trainees with the knowledge of self-defence and krav maga that will help them if found in wrong situations.
WORKSHOPS
Response Krav Maga Club organises and provides regularly Self Defence and Krav Maga workshops in Limerick City.
Response Krav Maga workshops are a specific type of self-defence oriented training, where certain techniques, topics and drills are addressed and thought to the trainees usually in 2-3-hour slots.
Workshops are a great way for our members to focus on and learn more about a specific point (technique, topic, drill, etc..) thought usually by our internal instructors.
CORPORATE TRAINING
Response Krav Maga Club organises and provides corporate Self Defence and Krav Maga training sessions in Limerick City.
These are corporate group (male & female) training sessions that are focused on general awareness, krav maga techniques, self-defence scenarios and fighting drills.
The corporate group sessions provide the trainees with the knowledge of self-defence and krav maga that will help them if found in wrong situations.
Response Krav Maga Club organises and provides regularly Self Defence and Krav Maga gradings in Limerick City.
Response Krav Maga gradings are a specific type of self-defence oriented training, where our trainees have an opportunity to test their knowledge and skill set in a controlled environment.
Gradings are a great tool which should be utilised by the Krav Maga and Self Defence trainees, so they have a possibility and are able to test themselves on a regular basis.
